Maricopa Stake 5K Run

Crossing the Finish Line-- I did it!

Our stake put on a 5K Run and my friend Amber and I have been training for it since December. Most of you know, I'm not a runner, but I had a good time and I was proud of myself--doing something I'd never done before. My time was 37:15. Not bad for a first-timer. (I ran and walked at times of course) Afterward, we all hung out at the park and Jace had a lot of fun on our friend's bike! I'm still running and improving my time so I can run it faster next year.
