Burn Baby Burn

My mother told me I was an obedient child and liked to follow rules. And most of you know that when I play games I insist on reading the rules and then following them explicitly. So, after two decades of burning food and destroying several pans I have decided to make up a new rule just for me.
Rules for the cook with A.D.D. :

“Never, never leave the kitchen with the stove on." (not even to answer the phone, or read Melodie’s blog (that is what I did this time), or answer the door, or go to the neighbors or do laundry, or read a book, or do genealogy, or water the garden!)

And, did you know this is what a pan looks like after you boil all the water away? This is what is left, gray matter, yuck! That is in the water that I drink?????
