10 years ago: I was in year 3 of my 5 1/2 years as Bishop of the Thousand Oaks Fourth Ward. As I write this, I have just been called to serve as the 1st Counselor to Bishop Olson. Carl Doerfler is the 2nd Counselor. Should be lots of fun!
5 things on my to-do list: 1. Get over this ridiculous cold/flu/headache thing. 2. Do the dishes for Mom. She's pretending to be sick . . . still. 3. Reorganize the list of callings for the ward. 4. Call some unsuspecting victim(s) to speak next week in church. 5. Tag 3 other unsuspecting victimes.
5 snacks I enjoy: 1.pb&almost anything sandwich, 2.granola bar,

2.I want to fly the SR-71, 3.I played the trumpet for over 15 years, 4.I like to watch curling, 5.I love to be at the ocean, but don't like swimming in it (cold water, sharks, oil slicks, jelly fish, rip tides, sea weed, salt, tsunamis, lions and tigers and bears, oh my . . .)
What I would do if I were suddenly made a billionaire: 1. New kitchen for Lynn, 2.Buy a summer home on the beach and a winter home in the mountains. 3. Pay off all debts. 4.Start a mission / education trust fund, 4.Annual cruise for all family members,
5.World peace.

My mommy cleaned it up really nice. Haylee leaked the other day and daddy never cleaned it up. That didn't make mommy very happy. Daddy was testing mommy to see if her nose worked. 4. My favorite letter is "Y" - there are two of them in my name!! 5. I stick my socks back in my shoes when I take them off - just like my daddy!
